Return & Refund Policy
Returns
- You may only return products you’ve got from the company if they’ve been opened, are in resalable condition, and are sent back within 24 hours after delivery.
- A variety of items are exempt from returns. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are not returnable.
The company will then give the customer store credit in exchange for the returned item.
Moreover, we do not accept products that are hazardous, contain flammable liquids or gases, or are intimate or hygienic goods.
Other items that cannot be returned include: Gift cards and products that can be downloaded.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. If you are accepted, we will process your refund and issue you with shop credit.
Products on Sale (If Applicable)
Unfortunately, only regular-priced items may be returned; sale items are not eligible.
Gifts
You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you directly. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received. We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn’t identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.
Shipping
You can send your product back to Thangatharakai Collective Farm Producer Company Limited at No. 96/3d2, Paruthikadu, Poovanur (PO),Sukkampatti (VIA), Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, 636122 if you wish to do so by mail.
The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
Before shipping something, you should think about using a trackable service or getting shipment insurance. Our promise that we’ll get your returned item is not a promise.
